I had a great experience working with Benjamin. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process feel much less stressful than I expected. Every step was clearly explained, and I always felt like I understood what was happening with my loan. He worked hard to find me a competitive rate and was quick to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home.

Excellent mortgage broker! Honest, knowledgeable, and always responsive throughout the entire process. They made everything simple and helped me get a great loan. I highly recommend their services!

After being denied by another bank, I wasn’t sure what my options were. My income didn’t fit the traditional lending box, even though I was financially qualified to buy a home. Benjamin took the time to understand my situation and helped fit me into the right loan program instead of treating me like just another application. He walked me through an alternative income loan solution, explained everything clearly, and was available whenever I had questions. The process was smooth, professional, and much less stressful than I expected. Thanks to Benjamin’s guidance, I was able to purchase my primary residence when a major bank had already told me no. I was so impressed with the experience that I’ll be using Benjamin again when I’m ready to purchase future investment properties. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t fit the traditional lending mold.

Benjamin at Cranow Capital helped me refinance a triplex that had one vacant unit. He was able to structure the loan despite the vacancy, and we closed in just two weeks. I used the cash from the refinance to purchase a vehicle. Benjamin communicated clearly throughout the process, kept everything moving, and made the transaction much easier than I expected. I would definitely work with him again for future investment property financing.

I was in the process of buying a home and initially applied for a loan with Chase. Unfortunately, I was denied because they weren't satisfied with my tax returns, and it took about a week for them to get back to me with a decision. Thankfully, I found Ben. He made the entire process much easier and was able to help me secure a loan within just a couple of days using only my bank statements as proof of income. Ben was responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. If you're having trouble getting approved through traditional channels, I highly recommend reaching out to him. He turned a stressful situation into a smooth and successful experience.
