Easy to navigate and very well presented. The start-stop-resume feature was very helpful. I think a more basic MAST program should also be encouraged for volunteer servers, non-profit events etc.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! Your suggestion regarding a more basic MAST program for volunteer servers and non-profit events is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do to change Washington State laws, so we recommend you pass it along to the WSLCB via their online Policy Suggestion form. Each year, the director of the WSLCB asks staff to suggest a WAC that could use revision. When evaluating which issue to put forth, the staff considers suggestions received through this online form.

The Craft Serving online platform was very easy to use. I was able to pause or stop when I needed to take breaks and pick up where I left off. I could also review material if I needed to.
