Dear Kenard, We apologize for any confusion. Yes, we do have a minimum order policy and try to make it evident when you access your cart to check out. I assure we do not charge for cancelled orders. At the time an order is placed on our website, PayPal generates a Pre-Authorization for the amount of the order but does not capture any amount. We only capture money at the time an order is shipped. But again, we apologize if the policy was not clear and will review to see how we can improve the process.

Hi AB, Thank you for the feedback. We try and give notice throughout the ordering process that we have that minimum. Our typical commercial customer orders well in excess of $50. I see you are a commercial account so we can waive the minimum if you still need the products. Dan Donohue
