I was looking for a specific door latch and Craftmaster had what I needed, at a reasonable price and quick delivery. When I placed the order, I accidentally put the wrong billing address. Contacted them immediately and all was taken care of. AND they actually called me, introduced themselves and told me that my order was on it's way...no email...a PERSONAL phone call. Don't see that these days. Will DEFINITELY work with them in the future!

I am the Asst. Bldg. Superintendent in charge of the Lock and Key Dept. in a correctional facility. I've personally been using Craftmaster Hardware for about five years now and our facility has been using them for over fifteen years. Richard Ruggeiro is one heck of a sales representative! He is professional, respectful, imparts knowledge on you, works to get you the best price and treats you like family. I use him exclusively for many of the items I need to keep my department running smoothly and to get my many jobs done in a timely manner. Give him a call, get a catalog and get your parts. you won't be disappointed.

Pat Hanna is always right there when we need anything. Pat is very easy to work with and usually knows more about the product than I do. Goes the extra mile and always pleasant to speak to.
