Craftmaster Hardware, LLCReviews of craftmasterhardware.com

First time customer. I found the items that I needed at a good price, and placed an order. The order was shipped promptly and my items arrived as expected. I would do business with them again.

Good catalog fast turnaround

I had an issue with trying to order the correct thing and the customer service did not hesitate a minute to assist me even though I was the one who made the mistake they walked me through it right away and helped me resolve things in the most professional and friendly manner

Answered all my questions. Parts worked as they should. I we’ll order again.

The item shipped fast and was at a good price.

I had a wonderful experience with Craftmaster Hardware, LLC. From the first phone call, the customer service was amazing. I needed keys for holding cells in the courthouse. The original company is no longer in business (Folger Adams) and I was having a hard time finding a company to make the keys. John Ahearn was extremely helpful and professional. He let me know exactly what he needed and how the process would work. The process was a smooth one and the prices charged were very fair. I would highly recommend this company! Great service!!

We recently ordered a Key Machine from Craftmaster it was fantastic . service was quick we actually thought it’s gonna take about a month for the product to come in but within three weeks or less the machine arrived and worked great .we would definitely order and recommend craft master

I received my order in great time.
