The prices were competitive. I checked the ace hardware and amazon for the door knobs I wanted. Craftmaster has a $25 shipping charge for my purchase compared to no shipping charge with Amazon. However the higher prices of the knobs on Amazon made my total one dollar higher than Craftmaster. So I supported the smaller business 👍👍

Had just what I needed, reasonable price.

Upon ordering the items that I needed, they didn't have them in stock at the time but were waiting for their shipment to come in from the manufacturer. A sales rep reached out to me and was asking about my order and what they have available at the time. Spoke to him on the phone to ask my preference on time frame to receiving the items. The sales rep was able to to take his time to go out of his way to reach out to other sources to get these items shipped and delivered on a timely manner. He was able to reach out directly to the manufacture and have them ship the items directly from their location to me. I felt very happy and pleased that the rep did all this just for me. Upon this experience, I would highly recommend them to others for locksmith needs.
