I ordered all locks to be keyed alike
I ordered all locks to be keyed alike. I only got 3 out of 20 & they were not keyed alike. I had to pay for the return shipping and was told the 20 that would be keyed alike were going to cost more and take 4-5 weeks to get. Now, I'm being asked to rate my experience for something that I STILL haven't received???

Hi Chad, You had ordered American Lock Padlock, 1-1/8" Shackle, KD SKU # AM/A7200. The KD is keyed different. We shipped what we had and backordered the rest. John A has been in touch and has arranged for the Keyed alike (different part #) to be ordered and expected to be to us 3/31 from the factory. We apologize for the delays from mfr to expedite this. We send surveys out to anyone who has an order placed with us. Thank you for you patience. Dan D
