The product I wanted said "in stock" in several varieties on the website, but when I ordered I got an email saying it would be 4 to 6 weeks because it would have to come from the manufacturer. I cancelled my order.

We verified your credentials for locksmith tools on Monday and order shipped as John noted to you. You received Tuesday. So Friday at 4:30 order past our shipping deadline- 1 day, Sat Sun closed 2 more days, and shipped following business day 4 with next day air and delivered Tuesday day 5. Thank you for your business.

There was no acknowledgment that I purchased the item from the company. When I complained, this review was generated. I paid for something I do not have, and no information about the shipping date or availability was sent. This is a total fraud!

Hi Edward, There was an order confirmation and John said 3-4 week lead time. Info we provide to each and every order. At time of update request , the manufacturer extended the lead time which is out of our control. Credit cards are run when order is shipped not before. Now 6/12. No fraud as you noted. On 2/22/23 I placed an order online only order $214.06 few days later I received email saying special item 3-4 weeks on 3/30/23 I called for status they said 5 days more on 3/31/23 they charged my unauthorized card $215.50 for the same item fraud watch your bank statements an invoices
