Cancelling not possible and got blocked after my feedback
I signed up after reading on their website. its hard to find support for CPTSD and this website seemed to be the right one. It costed 70 American dollars but I thought, what can go wrong. After paying and then downloading the app. I started to read and watch the recorded zoom calls they give every day. I knew instantly it was a mistake. Its all very "basic" if you already halfway into your journey. With that I mean: read the books, and had some therapy and self work done. After reading the supporting chats I found that it came over very "young" and toxic positive. There was someone telling about her suicidal ideation, anger and lashing out and people commented:" Im holding space for you". This is not helpful. And actually can make it worse. I would expect for 80 dollars that at least professionals are answering. I wanted to cancel my membership. This was 1 hour later after I paid, and it was clear they won't. For something so severe and serious as CPTSD I expect that the moderators take this more seriously. Its not a business is it? Its a non profit organisation. After I confronted the moderators I got blocked too. I would be careful with paying. You can browse for free and If you really need personal help i would find a therapist.
