I am extremely disappointed with this company's customer service. I ordered product on June 18, received on July 14. Then I submitted a return request as soon as received of the product on July 19 and received little to no response. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they either ignored my messages or provided vague, unhelpful replies. The return process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and far more difficult than it should be. A reputable company should stand behind its products and handle return requests promptly and respectfully. Unfortunately, this company failed to do either. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. If you value responsive customer service and a hassle-free return process, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Bought the drill-powered liquid transfer pump from Cozyllio expecting to move liquid. Instead I got a very expensive way to make a faint gurgling noise while nothing happens. This thing couldn't suck a sausage out of a bun, let alone shift any actual liquid. I've seen more suction from a broken hoover. Tried to get a refund. Silence. Not even an automated "we hate you too" reply. Cozyllio's customer service department appears to be a Bermuda Triangle for emails. Save your money, buy a bucket and a jug like your ancestors did. At least those work.

I bought a belt 8 weeks ago, after no sign of it and multiple emails I am now being ignored and I haven't got my money back. I wish I read reviews beforehand. AVOID

I ordered a360° Rotating Car Phone Mount Blue / Hyundai $16.95 on May 5, 2026. I was using the tracking link they provided which said it was delivered by US Postal Service on 5/20/2026. Unfortunately, there was no identification on where it was delivered...the postal box, the front door etc and I never received it. I checked with the postal service and was told it had been delivered. I then called customer service several times and they just kept telling me it was delivered. I request a refund since I never got the order. I am not happy with this company at all by not utilizing a better method of tracking or making it right by refunding or send another product. BE AWARE!!

I waited a month to get the product I ordered only to have it not arrive when it was supposed to. It was supposedly sent to my home on July 6th and when I contacted them they said according to them the package had been received so they would not be giving me a refund though I have not received anything. I believe it's a scam do not use cozyllio for any type of product because all you're going to do is get ripped off.

The product I ordered was damaged and unusable. I have reached out to their customer service email three times and no response. Their website does not have a phone number, and to process returns, you have a 14-day window, but need to contact their customer service to initiate. TERRIBLE!

Cozyllio advertised with a clear photo of a product that arrived looking nothing like it was supposed to be. I asked for a full refund, they offer $4.25! There action was illegal for it clearly was bait and which. Even though it was their error, they wanted me accept what I did not order. This company should be shutdown. If you make purchase with them, don’t expect their help if an issue arrives.

never recieved product, shipped to my house, that is not true,my order was for the fix flat tire plugs, $ 17.94, never got them. they got their money, left me with nothing. gonna post on face book about this scam .
