Order placed for 2 car seat spacers on June 21, 2026. I have not received the goods and I began emailing Cozyllio.com on July 19 stating "the products have not been delivered" I have consistently received what appears to be an automated written message telling me to "check the tracking number" and "it should arrive in 10 days," to "check you order shipping status" to " tracking shows it was delivered to the mailbox at your address," to "check your mailbox, front porch, and any nearby common area again...let us know what you find." I have not had issues with package deliveries. I believe this is a scam company. And my requests for a refund have not been responded to except for the "keep looking" message. When I go the the website, there is no order summary option available. I wish I could give a negative rating.

Worst experience ever! I reached out to the email for my product, they said it was delivered on a specific day, I work from home mind you, product never recieved. At this point I told them enjoy the money, I ordered it in July 2nd, it's August 12th; nothing. They'll never get my money again.

Too bad I can’t give a zero in the rating. The product shipped was the wrong size, even though I specified the model. When contacted about this, I was told that since the product wasn’t defective, I couldn’t get a refund. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Don’t deal with this company.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Dont order from them. You will not receive your item. The tracking they provided me was fake and they changed the status to delivered after I reported them to PayPal. They are scammers save your money.

What absolute garbage - not made or sent from U.S. and the quality is subterranean crap. Total waste of money.

Ordered my product June 6th. I asked on July 27th what status is and was told I had to click on a link to view. I am not doing that as I feel this is a scam. The item has been on its way since June 27th. This is absurd.

This is the worse place to order from don’t do it took them July 10 I place order didn’t get it till July 30 an no help with customer service don’t waste ur money just go somewhere else anywhere else
