Site works perfectly
Site works perfectly! Got my internet setup quickly with no issue. Internet service has been good enough for gaming and remote work for my wife and I.

Too bad you don’t have NO STARS! The service sucks and the excuses are Old!! Upgrade ur equipment with the hundreds of thousands you make every month from us!!! Lag, freeze, and channels changing up and down!!! Looking for a different provider!!! This service sucks!!!

I live in R.I BOYCOTT COX CABLE
I live in R.I. and cox cable has agreed to the FCC request as of March 13th to not interrupt or terminate or charge any late fees or penalties on anyone's account until May 13th If someone can't pay their bill during this crisis. Well anyway I just got my bill for this month and last month together and for the last week they have been sending emails and a letter and phone calls threatening termination if I don't pay immediately.I would also need to pay a reconnection fee. Our governor announced it live during a press conference that they were giving this leniency. THEY LIED.
