You did what you you said you would and the covers for my AC window units came in and fit like a glove. It was important to give you accurate measurements (I rounded up where necessary after measuring twice) for the AC window units and the covers for them was what you delivered to me. I did not like the bungee option for the 1st cover I bought, so I just skipped it and all other options for the 2nd cover.

This company could not have done a better job. It is a heavy duty cover and fits to perfection. I measured the dimensions multiple times to ensure it was correct and they designed it spot on. I waited some time before opening the package fearing it would not fit and wasted my money. Not the case. Many thanks!!!!! Very, very happy.

Great customer service And Cover fits perfect

Initially, the cover I received was not sewn straight, causing a bulge on the long side. I contacted the company on October 8, 2024, and sent additional photos of the box the cover was sewn for. The company responded by sewing a new cover, which I received at the end of November. It now fits like a glove. I am now updating my initial review to give my purchase experience five stars.

Our A/C unit is not as standard as most. However, Coverus followed up with a phone call to ensure it would fit properly. Doug

I was able to talk with Malky to confirm the measurements. She also sent me photo which included the box out cuts needed to cover my odd shaped AC unit! The unit was sent FedX at no charge. The material was very well made and was easy to take off and store in the plastic bag I also purchased from them! They provide a three month warranty.

Placing the cover over my toolbox, the measurements are spot on. The material is superior to more expensive option seen in my shop. I received an amazing product for the money and would recommend this company.
