..I rented a unit at 2616 Cove Cay Drive, Clearwater, FL, Unit 502, the building is terrible condition because the property management will not make needed repairs. The unit has moisture problems that caused mold. I started having headaches, my clothes and shoes started to mold. I informed my landlord that water was coming in around the windows and water was dripping from the window seal, I was informed by my neighbor who owns his unit that the problems with the water is an on going problem that most of the units facing the water has water coming in. Please don't get trapped.
