Never received order after sending numerous emails letting them know. Delivery service is horrible.

run away from this place. ordered a shirt and didn't realize it was coming from china and the quality was terrible when it arrived. although they have a 14 day return policy they will not honor it as I made multiple requests and they refused to provide return information. Their response was to first offer $3 then they increased to $5 then a final of $8 which was 1/4 of the original cost. It would have cost more to return so while I accepted the offer it was a cheap lesson to learn. Stay away from this fast fashion vendor. AWFUL!!

It is not as advertised. It pulls on the hair, does not go deep as advertised.

After waiting an entire month+ for my products, they never came!!! I contacted Courtchase and they said, "YES it was on 28th of May". The tracking number is blocked, the USPS has no information on it. And that's that. Shame on you! Give me my money back, or send me my products for real this time. It was laundry emusifying stain removing spray.

Found your product.. ordered it and it arrived in a timely fashion and ready to use.. all good.

Because the extra money that I was charged by your company, they refunded it back to me right away and I thought that was very good. Just the shipping was a little long, but it’s OK.
