The registration process was fast and easy but there is room for improvement.

The registration process was fast and easy, but there is room for improvement. The materials sent for the webinar were easy to understand and the presentor seemed knowlegable and was helpful; however, I received the material several times and was confused as to why I was receiving the same material over and over. I am not sure if the problem was with my laptop or with the GoTo Communication link, but my sound was all the way up and I did have difficulty hearing the presentation. I spent some time in the beginning attempting to figure out the problem, but was missing what was being discussed so I abandoned my attempts to fix the sound and just listened as best I could. As a result, I didn't ask a question because I didn't think I would be able to hear or would be heard and I didn't catch the email to which I could send my questions at the end.

Hello Dear, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you found the registration process fast and easy, and that the materials and presenter were helpful and easy to understand. We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by receiving the materials several times and for the sound issues you experienced during the webinar. While some of this may be related to technical settings, we know how important it is for participants to have a smooth experience from start to finish. We will review our communication and platform settings to prevent duplicate emails, and we will work with our webinar provider to ensure clearer sound delivery going forward. For your convenience, we are always happy to receive questions after the session if you can share any questions you had but were unable to ask live. You can email your question to [email protected]. Once again, we appreciate your honest input.
