Worst experience. I was given a gift certificate. Country Door couldn’t figure out how to apply it to my order. Finally got that straightened out with multiple phone calls. Then they cancelled my order so I had to try and reorder the items. They couldn’t figure out how to apply the credit. I finally gave up so they basically stole $200

Never order anything from them. First they doubled ordered my order I had to cancel one. They also never delivered after waiting for 11 days I gave up and canceled my order. They are what the reviews say. Never trust them!!

I bought a Maggie Puff quilt. Followed the instructions to get the squares more puffed. Took the pillow shams out of the dryer and they were King size and they came out so much smaller I don't think I can get a standard pillow in them. Talked to Country door and they were no help on replacing them after I talked to my dry cleaners and they said it sounded like a manufacturing defect so I am out pillow shams that I paid 237.33 for a quilt that I am either out the money or pay to have them replaced.

Do not trust this company. Stuff like absurd markups on rustoleum average paint tells you what you need to know.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered and put out all my info. Ordered A beautiful bedspread and curtain. Was held at fed ex facility for 9 days called to ask about it told could not do anything til 10 days call back tomorrow called back told me 14 days. Asked to talk to supervisor sent to another representative asked why and would not let me talk to one till I explained why after I already spoke to 1 st person . Called back talked to another representative told brief of what happened and told him I want canceled was told before when asking for hard copy they could only do email. This rep told me they don’t do email. Maybe hard copy . Stay away… beware

I made an extra payment on my account. And its been a nightmare. I owe nothing on my account until the end of next month. In fact it shows I owe nothing , and I have a zero balance but yet they keep calling me at all hours several times a day asking for a payment. I have talked to them everyday for a week and they cant speak English, when I try to talk to a supervisor they too dont help. This is a nightmare. Don't ever use this company. You will regret it !

Horrible they slip in a member ship fee o 16.95 a month trying to get money from people who order threw this company i say don't buy read everything before buying it

This was the first time I used this company. I will never do it again. And I spend hundreds of dollars on the item and it gets to my home corrobed very poor quality so then they schedule FedEx to pick up their merchandise. The driver comes with no label. As I told him I couldn't print a label. On the seventh I arranged it for Monday to. Day, needless to say they couldn't pick up the item. And then they can't contact FedEx for me to pick up the item and to bring a label. When they are the client of FedEx, this is sickening. What this world has come to just talking in circles. When the common sense is you hired FedEx to deliver the merchandise, you hired them to pick it up. But you can't send them back here to do it. The right way today. I have to wait another day and reschedule my day terrible company.
