Will not order from them again delivery was ridiculous way over a month for one item. The item did not have the names of my grandchildren. I am very disappointed.

God awful service. I placed an order, two weeks and the order has not even been dispatched yet, had to send 3 emails to get an answer. They replied that my order was being prepared etc, still nothing. I asked for a refund, we'll see how long does that take.
