Buyer beware !! I recently ordered a DR Strange costume from this company . my whole experience started out by never receiving any tracking info . After requesting some type of tracking and getting no help , I decided to cancel the order . Miraculously, the item was all of a sudden on its way . Upon receiving it , I did what anyone would do and tried it on . Using their criteria for sizing I placed my order accordingly. The item was nowhere close to fitting, way to small . Certain parts of the costume looked nothing like it did on their photo. The cape , the belt !! Needless to say , I’ve repeatedly contacted their customer service and have gotten no help in getting a refund going . I keep getting the same generic response from “ milky”. Upon making my purchase I was under the impression that the return would be taken care of here in the U.S. which is why I made the purchase . Not looking good !! Especially since a refund is based on returning an unopened package which makes no sense since you can’t try it on unless it is removed. What a racket . I hope this can help persuade people to not support this company. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my purchase.

SCAMMERS! Never pick the phone- the number probably is inactive. There is no way to cancel the purchase- I tried one hour after buying the costume on the internet. The money was gone from my PayPal and the company was not responding. I sent 7 emails and after 3 hours received the answer that they already processed the order - seriously within one hour? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

I try to cancel my order minuts after the payment, because i check here, all the bad coments. And i received this massage: "This order has already been processed for shipping at our warehouse. It is not possible to get a cancellation at this time. However, if you don’t need product, you can return it for a refund. Thank you. Rina - Customer Service "

Ordered costume for my son. This is a complete scam. The quality is terrible and the mask was a full piece of cloth with no eye holes or area to breath. I wish I would of read the reviews before purchasing.

Please dont buy on that site , my order not yet receive , almost 2 months now, customs holding their stuffs with unknown reason.and they ask me to contact the customs.why should ??

We ordered a lion costume for my daughter and although we followed the company sizing chart the costume was too small. The costume was VERY cheaply made and came with a torn seam as well. Efforts to contact company by phone are comical I would NOT recommend this product at all we are waiting to hear back to try to get a refund or if not another size. I assume it will soon go into the garbage DON'T BUY!!

If I could give a minus 5 star rating I would. After reading these reviews I never would have ordered from these scammers. The costume I ordered was listed as "one size" and flexible fabric, specifically that it would fit anyone who wasnt a plus size. Im5' tall and 115 lbs. I cant even do up the zipper. The wings are different to what is shown. I just emailed them and got some bull crap response that I should've checked the sizing chart first. I sent them screenshot of the size chart where it said "one size" and "stretchy fabric". I know I wont get my money back. Dont ever buy anything from these people. It's a scam. I really wish their was an online watchdog for this sort of thing so these people could be shut down.

I ordered Floral Napkins and received Foil Camouflage Balloons?!?!? Tried to call the number listed on my PayPal receipt only to listen to scam offer after scam offer. No way do I trust them to make it right. UPDATE: I was able to track down the merchant via the shipping address on my package (different than website I placed actual order from) and was able to call a legit number. Problem solved with exceptional customer service.
