Costa is a great site unless it has issues, Instant games don't appear to be monitored correctly.. Screen shots sent in showing just over £8 winnings, bonus spins and a big error. Costa appologised and gave 50p refund and thats final. It also happened twice withing 2 days.. Always on the bonus spins! This was there official response accepting the fault and doing nothing. "Jim in regards to your Ooh Aah Dracula instant game query, we have received an update from the Technical Department stating that they noted you received the bonus feature however the game crashed and you did not winning anything before the crash. They also stated that your account was credited back with the amount that you bet on the game. This means that we have no outstanding amount owing to you."
