I give a three star rating because I sent my item back for an exchange and I’ve emailed them about the exchange with no response back what so ever on if I’m even getting the item I paid for back. This happen on 4/22 and it’s now 5/5. I’ve sent more then one email concerning my order....

The package was nice and it does lifts the butt area but it does nothing for stomach area I thought it was going to suck me in and smooth out my stomach, but it did nothing in that matter and that's what I really wanted it for .I bought a It in a xxl maybe I should have gotten it in a xl 🤷♀️? I'm still disappointed after after spending all that money. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

While the service was great. Timely and prompt, the product itself is lacking. The opening to use the bathroom is tiny and doesn’t work as intended and it’s very difficult to get up and down.
