People are smiling at me again
As a 71 year old man who leads an active lifestyle and had lost 30+ pounds in the last year or so, I developed a "turkey neck" of excess skin that exercise wouldn't resolve. Not having a budget for local cosmetic surgery, my research led me to Dr. Manual Guiterrez in Tijuana. Nobody has noticed my procedure, but I'm getting frequent smiles just like I did when I was a younger man. Guiterrez is a gifted surgeon and my procedure went exactly as he said it would. The staff were helpful and fortunately everybody spoke English!
