HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! Honestly!!! I wanted to tell the owner Nichole about my experience and how unhappy I was about my lips and she BLAMED ME and gaslighted me on her Instagram stories! I cannot believe the level of disrespect and zero regard for peoples feelings- especially their own CLIENTS! Now I have to get my lips dissolved and waste MORE money on that and getting them refilled by an actual Russian lips specialist! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Nicole is rude while i’m having anxiety on my appointment, instead of making me calm she’s telling me to stop what we are doing and come back since i’m over sensitive while getting the treatment, mind you this is a butt filler injection and i’m not comfortable with it but i have to sacrifice since i paid for it in advanced from her promotion. Next day i texted her for my concerns regarding the treatment i got since i’m having lumps on the area and she just answered me with a bitxchy attitude telling me that she won’t do my Butt area anymore since i’m too sensitive blah blah and telling me do what you gotta do? Really? I am asking questions if it’s normal for the lumps and how long it will disappear but instead of an answer she bitxch out and annoyed about my questions mind you i waited 2hrs on my last appointment and not even apologizing, last appointment i waited 1.5 hr and that’s unprofessional! She didn’t hear me complains about her not respecting my time, she didn’t hear any complains that she left my butt with hyperpigmentation after microneedling on my stretchmarks, nothing! I left with dark marks! She got this nasty ass attitude that left me no choice but to not go back to that clinic anymore. Go ahead and take a risk but for me that’s from my experienced. She usually message all her clients to write a good review if someone write a bad review about her business, she did this to me before but now i’m in the same situation complaining about her rudeness and disrespectful behavior. Beware also because if something happen she will deny and blame it on your end when she’s the one who did the treatment. I’m one week since my procedure but i’m still having lumps and pain on my butt area after bellafil injection, i’ll wait another week if this disappear.

This is truly the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff here is insanely unprofessional and rude, especially the manager. She is so unprofessional, I should’ve known from the first time I talked to her that going here was a mistake. My friend told me she got a consultation here and immediately realized she would not go here because of how unprofessional staff was. Regardless of her telling me that, I got “Bellafil” injections in my butt 7 months ago and not only was it a complete waste of money and I had no result, I was way over charged ($5000 for 6 syringes) and now I am getting very painful bruised bumps where I was injected and it’s just getting worse. I went back to cosmetic IQ to ask if they could fix it and what they recommend. The injector and manager then told me (with an extreme amount of attitude) that they’ve never seen that before but maybe they can inject it with saline. She sounded extremely defensive and unsure of herself so I told her let me do some research and come back. After I told her that she got super offended and even more rude. I left. I then got in touch with a few doctors and they recommend I get a steroid shot. I went to urgent care and had to get steroid shots twice since then. It helped a bit for a day but I now am still experiencing bad bumps and horrible pain. I can’t lay down or sit down. I called back cosmetic IQ today and the manager ended up saying that I went to a different doctor for help so she doesn’t know what I want from them. I then ask if they can help me treat it and she tells me she can’t see me for another 3 weeks. Mind you, they take walk-in appointments every single day. I know this because it’s on their answering machine and every appointment I have ever had was a walk in. I told her it is urgent and three weeks is too far I would have to be hospitalized before then. She then started screaming at me on the phone, once again, being extremely unprofessional and rude. She continues to text me asking me if it’s so urgent why don’t I go to the hospital. This whole time I am just trying to fix what I paid $5000 for them to mess up on. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with the owner and they never give me any information to reach him, they just tell me to email the business. I tried calling back and they blocked my number. I now have to go to a reputable skin clinic to resolve my issues with surgery. Now I’m $5000 out from this fake filler, I am in and out of urgent care, and I have to pay to have surgery to remove it. DO NOT GO TO COSMETIC IQ THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU TO BE HOSPITALIZED. THE MANAGER IS A COMPLETE DISGRACE AND SHOULD QUITE HONESTLY BE IN JAIL. I KNOW THE WORKERS ARE NOT QUALIFIED FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING AS WELL AS THE INJECTION MATERIALS NOT BEING SAFE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! 100% HAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS, THEY WILL HAPPILY SCREW YOU OVER EVERY WAY THEY CAN.
