DID NOTHING for my wife. Never got warm. S had me take it out and use my fingers instead.

The product i recieved was NOT what was described in the ad. In fact it's NOT EVEN CLOSE. Yes it's the same shape (round) but there's NO rotation, NO suction and the vibration is about as powerful as an alka selser in a glass of water.

It’s been a week and you haven’t bothered to ship the product. Your return window closes before it’s delivered. Want a better rating? Put the product in my hands before asking

The expensive male toy I bought stopped working after 4 uses

We are posting this 1-star review as a red flag and warning to all potential buyers, customers, influencers, collaborators, and affiliate partners considering working or shopping with Cosara! Since June/July 2025, there has been complete ignorance of all correspondence regarding outstanding affiliate commission payments. Multiple emails and follow-ups have been sent over several months, yet no replies, updates, or effort to resolve the matter have been provided. From our experience, the communication and support have been extremely poor and unprofessional = to 0 stars. The ongoing silence creates the impression that affiliate and partner concerns are simply being ignored. Due to the unresolved outstanding commissions and lack of response for such a long period of time, we cannot recommend working or shopping with Cosara. Should the matter be resolved and the outstanding commissions settled, we would be happy to review, update, or remove this feedback accordingly. Update: We have sent you an email earlier on today again. Let's see you can reply this time. Update2: We have sent you an email again, week later still no reply! Update3: The reality of working with or shopping from Cosara at glance. Any emails since ignored as before. Affiliate program now closed, so all affiliates left unpaid! Warning to all potential customers these cowboys simply do not care. Avoid at all cost!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Agree with all the other negative review s. This company is a scam. Products are faulty , probably refurbished and they don’t give full refunds on product that doesn’t work! I had to fight with customer service for a week, to only get a 50% refund , on a $100 product, that broke after a couple of uses. Sent a video in showing clearly that it didnt work. They first tried to offer me 25% refund and I must mail the product back and pay for shipping! Yet, they have a policy that they don’t accept used products back because of hygiene issues! I fought with them and they finally offered me 50% back and didn’t have to return product. No one should have to deal with the hassle of returning intimate products that don t work to get half their money back. They sent a standard , what looked like, automated email, that they would give 40% back if I returned item. I said no. And told them I would get lawyers involved. Seems they pray off the fact that it’s an intimate purchase and something most people don’t want to have to mail back. Absolutely disgusting business ethics and company! They should not be in business … marketing is a lie and product itself was not what they made it out to be. I will be surprised if they are in business for much longer. They don’t deserve to be.

No stars! They took my money and never received the purchased products. Three weeks now and nothing! Customer service number +1-307-533-5170 is “not in service.” $166.18 gone, gone, gone. Reported the company to my credit card company and will report to BBB and to all other entities that I can think of! DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

The product I bought was around $100 and it stopped working after two uses. Their refund policy is 14 days which is ridiculous. It’s a scam. I will do all I can to never by online again.
