Worst customer service compared to every business. I order a product then emailed back to cancel within 30 minutes. I emailed 5 times and not one response. Now 3 weeks later I received the item in the mail. It is unopened and I want to send it back for my refund. Still no response to emails. So after half dozen emails and no response, I opened the box and decided to give it a try...useless. Little to no sensation at all. Waste of $132.00. I bought toys for $10 that give more pleasure. Now Im out a big chunk of change. Save your money and don't waste on this companies products. They don't work and useless customer service, no response, just send you more marketing emails

I ordered a sloppy BJ that I saw an advertisement for on Instagram. The advertisement stated it had a suction plus trusting mode and a rotating sleeve, It does not have any of these only a vibration mode, when I asked for a refund they stated that they cannot refund if not in orginal package and sealed. I did open it but did not use it! False advertisement!!

Shipping carrier was horrible, it took way longer than normal to receive the item. Also the Cosara Charlie is too strong of vibrations, its basically unusable, the Cosara Charlie was hyped up through an advertisement and although the unit appeared to be built well the Hitachi type vibrator massagers are much better. Now im stuck with a unit that my partner cannot use. Bad purchase to say the least. Mike

Shipping was slow and tracking was not updated

I can’t speak on the actual Product quality as i have not opened or used it however their customer service and shipping turned me off completely to this brand. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Much better brands with decent customer service

Product was defective and was not charging after a few use. They had a 12 months warranty in the package but relied on a 6 months warranty that was not on their page. I requested a replacement not a refund, they offered only a 20% discount on future purchases. They had inconsistent response to the warranty issue. Customer service was horrible. A product should not breakdown within a year after only a few use especially having an issue with charging. A warranty included in the product stated that the warranty is for 12 months. There was no warranty stating 6 months on their website and they themselves confirmed this in writing. What is the use of including a 12 months warranty in a product if it is not to be relied on. I contacted them within 12 months. They confirmed I was within the 12 months period because they checked the date it was purchased.
