Very fast shipping and turn around
Very fast shipping and turn around. Received a call to verify information was correct which was nice to receive. The stamp is good, could use a bit better quality but overall very satisfied with price and communications.

Everything was fine
Everything was fine, however, the vinyl sleeve or cover is of poor quality - the vinyl is all wrinkled and loose fitting. But for that, there would have likely been a 5 star rating.

Thank you for responding. In essence, your explanation for the poor quality of the slip cover sent is that I should have ordered one of your more expensive products. Your explanation is like the Chevy dealer telling its customer, who is happy with the purchase, but for the misapplied and ill fitted moldings, "oh, you should have purchased a Cadillac." In reality, it is not the nature of the material - vinyl in this case - that caused the problem. The cover on the binder itself, for example, is stretched tightly around the backing and does not have the wrinkles and poor adhesion problem that the slip cover, in this instance, manifests. If the vinyl on the binder can be applied correctly, vinyl can be properly fitted and applied to slip cover as well. The simple problem is that the vinyl on the slip cover sent with my order was not properly fitted and attached to the backing. That is not a function of the cost of the material. Indeed, one can presume that a leather cover could have just as easily be misapplied to the backing on your premium and much more expensive product.
Bottom line, you put out and stand behind a quality product at whatever the price point you determine or you don't. Your choice to respond by blaming a defective product on the selection of an item from your advertised inventory made by the customer is disappointing. There is certainly nothing in your literature or advertisement to put the consumer on notice that the less expensive vinyl selection will come with a poorly fitted slip cover. . . . All of which tempts me to lower the rating to only a two or three star at this point.

At check-out, you should add a line for costumers who are tax-exempt or have the option to save it under one's account so that at time of purchase the taxes may not be added.

It does come up online that sales tax would be such amount when you checkout online, but if we have your tax exempt paperwork on file you will not be charged sales tax.
