Hi Raul, We apologize for your experience walking into our facility. On the day of the pickup we were training a new employee on the right side in our billing department where you walked in. She had just started that day and was not familiar with customers picking up their orders also she was immersed in trying to learn her new duties with the second employee. We sincerely apologize and this information will be provided to her as well as any new employees in the future of our pickup policies. We are happy though that our customer service office was able to assist you in getting your product and that they communicated with you well over the phone. We also thank you for your recommendation of our services and we do hope if you need corporate supplies in the future that you will think of us. Again, we apologize, but we're happy to hear our customer service department could help you with your order that day. Thank you for your business and thank you for taking the time to write a review. Sincerely, Paige Jansen Corpkit Legal Supplies

Hi Dave Randall, Thank you for your 4-star review. We're so happy to hear the quality of the book and the turnaround time was what you're looking for. We reached out to you privately about the CD and the issues with the documents. We offer two different CD's: one for a specific entity that allows you to only edit on the lines and our word product that allows you to edit anything you would like. It is also reusable for other entities. We're very sorry the product didn't not come out the way you would like, but if you change your mind at all please contact us and we will get the other file to you. Thank you for writing a review and thank you for your business. Sincerely, Paige Jansen Corpkit Legal Supplies

Hi Stephanie, Thank you so much for your kind words about our company and our products. We appreciate you taking the time out to write your review. We currently offer drop downs on our other products to delete items and reduce the costs of each kit. We want to make sure the product fits your needs so we would be more than happy to add that to our Junior Corpkit line so you can have that option. Please let us know if there are any other improvements we can make for you to make your ordering process easier. Thank you for taking the time out to write a review and thank you for your business.
