Hi Jim Giordano, We're so sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with our presentation of our product. Our product is indeed for new clients starting a business, but the watermarking on each paper is to benefit the customer receiving these items. By watermarking the paper, this ensures documents cannot be copied by anyone. Our certificates are also copy protected to ensure the same thing and safety for the purchaser. We have reached out to you to further explain our product and we are so sorry it wasn't the right fit for you, but the safety of our buyers is the utmost important thing to us. It was also discussed further that our certificates have our company name on the bottom of them in order to give authorities the ability to get pertinent information is illegal activity occurs with the certificates we sell. It also an additional safety factor. I hope that although the product wasn't what you're looking for that our service and handling of the product was up to par as it seems there wasn't a bad experience with our service. Alan, I'm so very sorry to hear your experience. I would like to personally apologize that you did not receive the revised title page and I was not even aware of this issue. I am going to personally reach out to you privately to see if there is anyway we could make this terrible experience better. I just want you to know that the process transitioning Atlas customers into our system has been very difficult because we did not receive customer information for many of their customers (including yours). The customer ID issue was because we gave all Atlas customers a generic customer ID number and once we received their information we were able to give them a personal ID number. The mix up was because your invoice was under the generic number and had not yet been changed to have your new Id number. That is what it wasn't able to be found. We apologize for the mix up. Our slipcases are different from Atlas, but we actually received flimsier quality slipcases in the inventory they had sent us. Ours are made with a more heavy duty product. Despite this no one should be unhappy with their product or service and we would really like to make this right. I hope that there is a way we can fix this and fix your experience.
