It takes 2weeks to get a card in the mail when most banks have it to u the same day. My account has been hacked numerous times. Checks cost an arm and leg. They even did away with senior citizen free checks. Garbage bank. Gonna drop this bank after 46 years.

This is Very unreliable company. Promised 24h-5 days funding after approval. I had no answers after 14 days. Kept calling them and I’d just talk to operators who don’t know how to answer your questions.
