CorkboardReviews of corkboard.com

What a great company. We received the most beautiful corkboard backing for our CEO's credenza/shelf unit. The furniture has a space between the credenza and shelf and adding a custom corkboard made everything look elegant and elevated. This company is so responsive. There was a tiny mix up with my order which quite honestly, I missed, but they immediately offered to correct it without hesitation. They told me they would fix it and to send the corkboard back and they would send me a new corkboard. Even the return process was easy! I received a return label via email. We love how the custom corkboard came out! Exceptional quality and impeccable customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I spoke with Eric a couple of times to get clarification on the difference between their products I wanted to order for a club. He was extremely impatient, even rude and then when I ordered frame and fabric samples he never followed up. I tried numerous times and even cc'd a club manager, hoping Eric would finally respond...but no. I wish I could give them a good review because their products look very attractive. But I've not been given the chance to see the samples or order a finished product.

Been a few weeks now, no bulletin board in sight and no update. Very bad experience. I should not have to follow up to find out about an expensive bulletin board. I have already followed up once and they said it would be shipped this week with tracking info. Well the week has gone by and nothing.
