Beware of this company because their merchandise is NOT AUTHENTIC! They take pictures of models with the actual color and cut of their own hair and then Cora Crown tries to duplicate the color and cut and it's NOT the same. I emailed them and asked for a return label to send the wig back. Then they start with send pictures to make sure I have not worn the wig, I did that and then they had the audacity to tell me to wear it to see if I like it after trying it first! This sent me to the roof! Why would I wear the wig when I want a refund? Then it becomes used, no I'm not trying the wig for a couple of days, no I want my money back, period! I called my bank so they could get involved and refund my money. THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY SCAMMERS SENDING OUT CHEAP AND WIGS FROM PICTURES THAT DONT MATCH THEIR WIGS!!!

This is a scam. I've tried several time within six days to reach this company with no response. The wig is not at all like the pic or what I ordered and it's cheap looking.

This company is a scam based out of China. The product is not as advertised and they will not give a full refund and asks you to try and sell it to family or friends. They charge you for the return. Even though it’s a bad wig. It’s thin, shedding, and not the wig they advertised. I have pictures of the garbage they sent me. DO NOT USE. SCAM ALERT
