It's a great product but has a very bad team. Every other day it will stop working and the support team (including the founder, Chris Lu) has absolutely no idea about what's going on. They would just shamelessly blame this reason or that. Many times, (and they call it "accidentally") they ship bugs directly to the production. Seriously? Either they have ZERO skills for managing software or they're just irresponsible.

This is the worst AI tool that I ever used. They will say that Pro plan have unlimited credits and after some usage, they will limit us. They are just cheaters. I’m no longer going to renew it

I cannot even begin to list all of the bugs and issues. I want my $50 back. This app is crap.

Why use this AI if it cannot save my time?? Below I am providing my experience when I use your system: 1. The first result is the same as the texts put on the description box around 85% times. I do not think it has any meaning. 2. Every time I select a result, I need to go through a plagiarism check (in Grammarly). Please believe me I have found that the generated text is plagiarised in 45% cases. It is a significant wastage of your client's time and loss of your reputation. 3. I have also complaints about the way it generates results.

The app was looking perfect during free trial once money is paid it doesn’t have the previous quality to value the price
