Customer service is excellent. Well, at least I had a good experience. I asked a lot of odd ball questions and they took the time to answer all of them, with explanations. Some of the questions were not relevant to their software and they answered those as well.

Had a confusion with Total Mail Converter and Total Mail Converter Pro. I received a response within 15 minutes. a) My question was understood correctly. b) The response was concise and to the point, included two suggested solutions. There is no equivalent product on the market. Only issue I have is with pictures attached to the E-Mail. Total Mail Converter Pro does not recognise pictures with long names and characters.
