CoolutilsReviews of coolutils.com

Good products and excellent support.

These people bend over backwards to help you out. I had purchased some of their software but years later, after a flood, hurricane, leg amputation, and moving a few thousand miles to a new home - I could not install the software on a new computer. No questions asked. I provided my old key, they sent a link to get the latest software and a new key. You can't ask for me. Thank you. :-)

Purchased old version of Total Audio Converter eight years ago, and still able to receive updates (with a new serial code) after contacting the company (using email) . Excellent after service.

Thank you! I will tell all my friends how well you treated me and how great your product is. Quick response always a pleasure not a headache when theirs problem they fix it. Anybody that needs trust worthy Apps get them here.

I have been using TAC since 2011. Exceptionally long list of audio file formats available for conversion, clear and easily comprehensible user interface and excellent customer support provided by Olga. Thank you very much indeed!

I'm a musicien and composer. TOTAL AUDIO CONVERTER has been very valuable and helpfull to me to manage audio files on various formats as required for many artistic purposes. Great tool!

Used Total Audio convertor for years, had a issue with the new version, the CoolUtils Support team soon sorted , thank for all your help

A great utility that does what it says it will do, no hidden issues. And it is a team that is committed to constant improvement. The few times I have asked for support were due to my own lack of experience, yet I got excellent help and a rapid response to my inquiries. Buying software from the "Little Guy" can be somewhat disconcerting but from personal experience with Coolutils, these guys are trustworthy and I have been receiving support and updates for years!
