Rude Manager
I made a call to follow up with their retail Manager Sherry Cierlitsky to confirm an email we sent offering sauces and dressings to pair with their menu, I introduced myself kindly and respectfully and with the most negative attitude she replies, I'm with a customer at the moment and don't have time for this call and hang up! If I was with a client, I would not answer the phone but more important never be rude and request to call back at a more convenient time. Not everyone is fit to truly offer remarkable customer service. I'm not only will refrain in doing business with them but encourage all customer to seriously read all their reviews. A rude manager will never last a day in our business! our customers, vendors and team is what make us thrive day in and day out.
