I have a trainer for my CZ.....always was a bit hit and miss as to firing on double action......got one for my P226,very disappionting will not charge! I have found that custormer services to shift the blame to me....I haven't even contacted about the new dysfunctional model,that does not work at all.I did get the one for the CZ to work properly...its a great training tool!

Bought a kit for a M&P Shield Plus. Had problems with the guide rod/recoil spring being too tight causing the takedown to be excessively tight and having trouble removing it. Contacted customer service and they never got back to me after 1 email. Sent another email and was ignored. I wouldn't buy another product from them and do not recommend.

They send the wrong guide rod and recoil spring. The laser fires twice each trigger pull and scatters the hits. The customer service could care less. Tell you that they will send return labels and two weeks later no labels. Do not buy this junk.

I paid for a CFT and laser extension in April. From the Australian distributor. The laser extension is yet to arrive. But this doesn't matter as the soda stream adapter is incompatible with the Australian soda stream CO2 bottles. I have tried to contact the distributor but they for some reason don't respond. Really great value I paid twice as much for the CFT which, for me, is useless, than I did for my G17.

I cannot review the actual product because I am still waiting for the order I placed over a month ago! I was told, "Our current shipping lead time is 10-14 business days, although sometimes it may take up to 21 business days." The 21 business days came and went and the company cannot give me any indication as to when the order will be filled. They have offered a refund but I would rather have the order filled and a discount given for the extended wait time. Be prepared to wait a very long time for your order to get filled.

My barrel does NOT work. I answered your first email, I have emailed you again and I even called for tech support, left a message and no response. Here's the kicker, last year, I ordered a trainer for my P320 Compact and it was the wrong barrel. I spoke with John I believe and he told me he hadn't perfected the dual coil spring in my firearm but was working on it. I kept it hoping one day I would be able to exchange my first one for the correct one. It's still not available apparently. I was so excited when I purchased my P365x because I knew for sure CoolFire made a barrel for that one. To my extreme disappointment, it does not work as advertised. You guys have my email and my phone number and voicemail. A phone call at minimum would be nice. 813-453-7958

Barrel will not install and CoolFire is not responding to requests for support. This product is too expensive for the fit and finish quality to be poor.

My CK-CKHKVP9 is not working correctly. You will get a few random blowbacks that work as it should, but the rest of the dry fires do not work correctly. There are no attachments, and the weapon is lubricated sufficiently. Attempting to use the website to submit an issue results in the support page just hanging after clicking submit. Sending an email directly to the email address provided on the contact us page did not result in a receipt response. I have uploaded a video and attempted to add the Google drive link, but this site tells me that it does not allow links.
