The order itself when just fine
The order itself when just fine. 2 small disappointments: 1. I never received a receipt for my purchase. 2. No tracking.

It took a little longer than I expected…
It took a little longer than I expected to get the package delivered, but I'm very happy with my Cool Fire Trainer!! I have put a lot of "air" rounds through it and it's still working!!!

A truly realistic training experience!
There was a site ordering issue when I first tried to order the silver package. Upon calling customer service, they researched the issue and closed the system for that package with a site message. The CS person was very profession and friendly and processed my order. I received the silver package within a week. There honesty was impressive and appreciated, and the CoolFire system is fantastic, as one can see from many YouTube videos. Great company and great product - I have already improved my training. Thank you CoolFire!!

Do your research before buying.
Pros The customer service reach out to me and told me they did not have the xmacro as an option and work with me to give me a different option. Got the 1911 Silver package for the most part. Works great and don't need the Magazines to use. Con The mag cutoffs were for 9mm to 40cal Don't have it for the XMacro.
