I appreciate the turnaround time it was awesome. I still have a problem it would still will not fit onto the barrel it's like the threads are too small for the barrel. I have tried to call you guys and no one answered I've left you a voicemail no one ever got back with me I sure would like someone to give me a call back so we can get this issue resolved. Good training device once it is installed however, fit seems off and it is extremely hard to install and take out as if fit is not quite right

This is my second time ordering and both times it took approximately 2 weeks for the order to be "fulfilled" before it even shipped. At this point my second order still has not been fulfilled and ready to ship after 2 weeks. The first order was a silver trainer pkg and I love it would give the product itself 5 stars. This order is laser targets I can not review yet. I just wish they were quicker. I understand long ship times but not 2 weeks to fill the order before shipping.

Got a call within hour of posting initial two-star review. The problem, upon attempting first install of laser and fill adapter to CF Barrel found it wouldn't screw in, threads too far apart, and nothing in instructions/troubleshooting about this. Customer service got me straightened out, the part inside the barrel needs removed with supplied tool, then shim. Need to review provided videos to get clocking right later. Added star to rating and will revisit again after using the product. Would really like to be able to go full on 5 stars.

Got this for Christmas but have been unable to fully test it out because it was shipped with an empty sealed CO2. I have pictures of the tank email customer service over a week ago and still have no response.

I know that they said that the shipping could be 14 to 30 days, but it was well over a month, and even then only after reaching out to them that my product shipped. I did raise this from 2 to 3 stars because the equipment is good quality and they did try to make up for the delays by upgrading the actual shipping rate and threw in some extra strike plates, but it was very frustrating to get to that point. I will see if I order again from them after I have used the product for a period of time. If it is reliable, and I get great use out of it, I will order again and recommend to others.

I wanted a set for a Glock 17. it was out of stock. I then received an email that it was in stock and I ordered the set via the internet. I had problems paying due to my bank card. This was handled very well by the employees. My point of criticism is that once I paid, I had to wait a very long time for delivery. I then inquired and it was delivered after all. But the entire process took many weeks, even though it was indicated in advance that the set was in stock. I live in Belgium and the delivery came from the US. This went fine. But now I use the product and am very satisfied with it.

All in all, it’s a nice training system. I like how the CO2 cycles the slide to give the shooter a live fire effect. I do not like the reflective targets…you have no able to see the impacts because the barrel laser flashes for only a split second. And it’s almost impossible to zero the laser because of the same reason. I’ll probably purchase some interactive targets and use the system to train drawing my handgun from the holster. This system is definitely not suited for accuracy training.
