I had ordered two blankets for my two sons and one for my daughter. When I finally received the order 2 1/2 months later I got two girl blankets and one boy blanket. I tried to contact the company by phone and by email and there's no way to contact them. They kept saying my email was incorrect which it was not! I highly recommend not ever buying anything from this company ever!!!!!

Worst company , most likely scam , took money 2months later no shirt, won't refund money.told everyone not buy from them.

horrible customer service, order a poster for Father's Day June 13 it's already three weeks it hasn't arrived I make the claim and they tell me that there is no money back and that it arrives on June 28 seriously? you cannot speak to a representative when you call, I will never order from this company. i don't recommend this company is a joke

I am so disappointed in this company. I ordered I May paid in May checked on order 2 weeks ago it said being printed just now checked again and it says the same thing. No I would not recommend this company. I want my shirt that I paid for in May☹️☹️☹️☹️

I ordered 3 posters received them but still waiting on my 4 t-shirts that I ordered on May 16, 2020. They be talking about give them about 5 to 15 business days but it been over a month and 6 days. I do understand covid-19 it's going on but we're in phase 2 now where's my items at huh cool family tee I also filed 4 claims on them but still didn't received anything from these people yet. On my experience dealing with cool family tee never never ever in y'all life don't order nothing from them.

Company very unorganized and unprofessional. Order never received then when I call and email for a refund they gave me the run around. This company is a rip off.

Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered two items. In March, it's now mid June, I have received only one. Both of these were for a special occasion on 30th April... Occasion now missed and items useless to me. I've asked for a refund of the item I haven't received and been declined. There's no contact details to speak to someone, only an automated question menu that they can reply to if they so choose. I will never use this company again and I suggest you think very hard before you part with your cash, especially if its for an item you need for a specific date BEWARE!!!

Received one item out of two ordered after almost two month. Shirt nice still owed another. Customer service response to emaila terrible
