I believe that this company is not reliable. Placed an order for 2 t-shirts for my husband in May and have not received them. Requested a refund but the company replied and said That I can not get my money back. This is fradulant company.

Buyer Beware!!! This company has the WORST Customer Service!! It took them days to get back to me. You cannot call them and speak to them. I got the wrong saying canvas for my daughters Birthday gift wanted to exchange it and they finally emailed me today saying basically too bad!! I would never do business with them again! They do not even have a product number that you can go back to them with on these canvass. Saw ad on FB didn’t get what I ordered!!!!

I placed an order back on 6th June and emailed them at end of june asking where the order was. I received an email stating it was going to be sent on 29th june. This is now 22 july and the tracking status still shows in printing. I fully understand the covid situation and understood when the delivery went from 15 business days to 30. However this now exceeds 30 days. The company obviously cannot cope and should not accept orders on the pretext of processing only being 15 business days. I just want a response and the goods. Be aware for now placing any orders. Status update as of 6th August. The pillow case has finally arrived only 2 months of waiting. The description says it has an envelope folding on the back. This is not correct it is just a square piece of material open at the end so once this is put onto a full size pillow it shows the pillow. This is not like a proper pillow case should be. If I had known the quality or length of time it took i would not have bothered ordering. I am not going to return as I really can't be dealing with the stress of sending this back and trying to get a refund so will just not use this company in the future. I write this review so people know prior to placing any orders

If I could give no stars I would I am beyond disgusted will never use this company and I am surprised Facebook advocates it. Decided during lockdown to buy my daughter the daughter poster, it gave nowhere to put an alternative delivery address so poster delivered to Birmingham instead of Bristol. No way of cancelling order as hard as I tried so poster was delivered. I paid £26.05 for a tiny ‘poster’ little bigger than A4 size. Nothing like it showed on picture. Utter ripoff.

I placed an order for a special pillow case bk on the 6th of June and I have never received it i have asked for a refund and never got it either i bought stuff from different company's and I had them delivered on time virus or not the web chat staff are a disgrace keep been fobbed off don't bother wasting your time and money
