Do not order from this company. The wrong item was deliver to me. It had the incorrect spelling of the word MUM (it was spelt MOM). Many many emails, some of them rejected and they kept referring me to a site that rejected my email. Sounds like they do not understand plain english. I suspect even though it is a USA company they may not be based in USA.. Not helpful at all. Generic replies sent.

Do not purchase fro this company. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same item and did not realize it until they were delivered. They claim they cannot take one back due to the product being "custom printed and unique to each campaign". I ordered exactly what was advertised, the only thing customized is the way it's signed and even then it's not too customizable. You're given like 3 choices. I'm guessing they sell 100s of the same print each day. Also, each one was $40. They're nice, but not worth that much. I'll never buy from this company again.

I ordered two items from COOLFAMILYTEE. I loved the sayings but there is no way to frame it or even mat it to frame because the words go right to the edge. Then I ordered a print from ATEEFAD, same EXACT problem. Both companies have the SAME address and even the same suite number. I tried to e-mail them and they ask for an order number. There was no invoice in any box to reference and the e-mail can't be sent without one. I want to send them back for a full credit. If they cant be framed, they're worthless.

DONT DO IT... AFTER 67 COUNT THEM 67 EXCHANGES WITH C.S. THEY STILL GOT THE SHIP TO WRONG BASED ON THEIR CHOSEN CARRIER. NOW I WONT GET MY ORDER IN TIME BECAUSE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES INCOMPETENCE. THEY REFUSE TO CALL ME AS REQUESTED NO WORKING CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER... AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE CCP C-19 COVID VIRUS!!!

BUYER BEWARE! Bought one thing but they added an item I didn’t order! No way to contact them. Contacts do not allow you to talk to anyone when options don’t do what you need! Don’t buy unless you are absolutely sure you’ll accept the final results of doing business with them.

I placed an order since 17 July 2020, the site advised that product to be shipped within 5-10 working days. Up to date, I have not received my order and status shows "printing" for one month.

Did not get the t shirt I ordered. Received one with different writing. Having trouble getting a hold of them.

I strongly suspect they write their own reviews all communication seems to be robotic and refund policy is a sham especially when things are not personalised probably a breach of consumer rights
