My order was done on 03.09.2020, not received at all. Tracking number was wrong, unable to track my order. Claim completed and asked for refund but the company declined the refund and offered me another order. Really disappointed, unprofessional team

I hate cool family tee. I have been waiting 7 months for my order and still haven't received it. I requested a refund, but they refuse to give me back my money. It was extremely expensive and such a waste of money honestly. I will never ever order again. They robbed me!

I'd give zero stars if I could. This company uses an address in downtown Indianapolis. This is a front, as this company is not registered with Marion County IN or with the city of Indianapolis. Stay away from using this shell overseas company. It is quite obvious the company writes it's own positive reviews. try calling 833-933-1816 and see your options.

This company is deceitful. I ordered from the UK and paid shipping and fees. It arrived in the UK and I can't collect it until I pay the customs charge!!! I contacted the company on a live chat..and the attitude I must say was appalling. They dont tell you that once in the UK its the customer who is responsible for a customs charge...even though I paid for Shipping AND fees. The guys attitide was tough take it up with Royal mail and said they wernt aware. Im sure they have sent items to the UK before and ARE aware but they are not bothered. DONT buy from them !

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ... THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, CANNOT SPEAK TO A PERSON, AND EMAILS APPEAR TO GO TO A ROBOT WHO OBVIOUSLY CANNOT READ DIRECTIONS... I ordered a gift for my daughter, 08/20/2020, who lives in Austin TX USA... The package was shipped to GB.. yep ... I have emailed the company 6 times, explaining the problem, to no avail... The ROBOT that replied to my emails said it would be reviewed and reshipped, and they sent it AGAIN to GREAT BRITAIN?!!! To my knowledge 2 blankets are “out there somewhere “ because Austin TX Great Britain DOES NOT EXIST.... Somebody needs to tell the ROBOT.... frustrated is an understatement!!!
