I ordered a blanket for my daughter and received a blanket with verbiage in another language. I've made ultiple attempts to contact this group and nothing. So, I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. I mean all I wanted was a replacement in English. Lisa

Ordered a canvas print on the 5th November. was shipped on the 10th, via UPS. On checking tracking went from USA to Switzerland, then to their Post Office, allocated a new tracking number then sent back to USA. Contacted Cool family Tee on their live chat. Who were less then helpful & would not answer my questions. So asked for a refund & was told "We don't do refunds". Opened a dispute with my Credit card in a hope of getting my money back. Update. 8th January, email from them saying going to send replacement. Emailed back saying it was a christmas present so no longer required, please just refund me. Response back saying we don't do refunds. Update. Credit Card Company didn't get a response,so have refunded me.

Ordered and paid for a print 7 weeks ago, emailed several times chasing my purchase, when receiving a response its just excuses and I keep getting the same dialog from the customer service person and no one can provide an answer. All I want to know is when my order will be posted. Extremely disappointed. Would never order again from this company or recommend.

Ordered two daughter blankets for my twin daughters months ago. Have chased several times, still no delivery! No communication and no blankets 😢

I ordered a teeshirt for my daughter, but when it arrived it had the wrong month. I am not sure how the error occurred. Customer service gave a poor response, I am not able to respond to the emails. I have to submit through their website, still no resolution. I was told someone would contact me in 72 hours. It has now been 6 days and no one has contacted. Don't order from this company.

Man skal betale told for at få sin varer, så det ender med at man lige så godt kan få det laver her hjemme. De vil ikke svare på ens spørgsmål ang told udgifter, og de er umulige at få fat i via deres kontakt os side...

RIP OFF, IT IS UP TO ME TO TRACK N TRACE MY OWN BLANKETS 2 OF THEM, GOD ONLY KNOWS WHERE THEY ARE, DHL SAYS GO BACK TO CFT, AND OF COURSE CFT ARE CON ARTISTS...DO NOT USE, THEY ARE A CON AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN

Ordered from South Africa. They apparently delivered it but in GERMANY!! No feedback, just automated responses. Worst service / company ever. What should have been a beautiful present is the biggest waste of hard earned money.
