Customer support sucks. Will not call you. They us DHL and they also suck. So far my order has been setting in a DHL facility for 7 days and has yet to be delivered. DHL has all kinds of excuses. Package will be refused.

They don’t care about grammar. Won’t fix it, replace it or refund money.

I received the wrong printed shirt due to their admitted mistake but won't refund my money , send me a new shirt have you ever heard such a thing..

I bought a shirt and it came In printed wrong after about a 2 week wait. I sent an email since you can't call them and they sent another wrong shirt. It takes about 10 days to get from Moosic Pa to Carlisle Pa because of their terrible shipping system. They sent another shirt and it was also wrong. So that makes 3 wrong shirts and they no longer reply to my emails. I am pretty sure they will be out of business soon. No way they can be depending on repeat customers.

Would not allow me to correct an order within minutes of placing it...said that it had already gone to production. Of course the shirt didn't arrive for two weeks. So basically I got the wrong shirt. Made this clear in my last correspondence with the company but no offer of exchange or refund was extended. Essentially a loss of $30.00 for a kid's shirt. Definitely not worth it....
