My pink shirt had dark pink splotches all over it.

Ordered 10 coffee cups costing $261.40 for gifts out of the 10 only 3 were correct. It was almost like they just picked cups off a shelf not bothering to check what was ordered. I have been trying for over a week to get this problem solved. Anyone that has ordered from Cool family tee knows there is no phone number in which to speak with someone in customer service to correct this problem. You will chat back and force but nothing is getting resolved. These were going to be Christmas gifts for my grandchildren Now I will have to pay to return all these heavy cups. Being on a tight budget this time of year this was not something I need. I also notice there was no packing sheet in the box. Not happy with my first order with them Not sure if I will ever use them again.

Wow. Does anyone monitor the reviews? If so you all need to address your customer service issues. It's almost impossible to speak with anyone and your complaints are ignored. Hanging up on customers- whoa!!!! My son was satisfied with his shirt although 35 was a lot for the quality of material. Could have went to the mall and had it done at a kiosk.

I ordered a shirt for Mothers Day. Unfortunately, you can't read the shirt because the letters are too dark for that color shirt. I have tried for more than a week to reach customer service with no success. The company has a very poor system for addressing concerns. I will never place another order.

I haven't received my order so the products might be great but the customer service is not adequate. I ordered a mug to arrive on time for my daughter-in-law's birthday, paid 5.99 USD for shipping and handling on April 20, 2019. It was shipped to the wrong address, no fault of mine. Today, May 3rd, I chatted with their customer service and they reordered the item which won't ship for another 10 days or so. Then another week to arrive. When I asked them to expedite shipping so it would arrive sooner, they said only "select" orders qualify. When I asked for this order to qualify, the agent disconnected the chat. Needless to say, I won't be ordering for Cool Family Tee again.

My experience with the website was not good. I did not get what I wanted found it impossible to change my order and ended up with t shirts I did not want Not happy at all and would not re commend or use again

received wrong size and they refused to exchange it ,even though we have made several purchases in the past and now will not be purchasing again from them.
