TERRIBLE! They did not personalize the product correctly- isn’t that the whole point of this company!?! I submitted a claim for them to fix THEIR mistake and make it right, but they stated they would not do anything to make things right. I will NEVER use this company again. I do not suggest anyone to give this fake scam company any money. Thanks for stealing $50 from me and giving me the wrong personalized product. Obviously, they could see there was a mistake by the photos. Shame on them for not making things right. Find a better place that you can trust because you can’t trust this company at all!!!

I wish I can give them no stars.. please people. READ THIS REVIEW.. they stole my money. They never delivered the product. Imagine in the middle of covid-19 they never responded and never followed up And were happy to take $120 + from me.. they don’t even know how long I saved to buy those gifts for my daughters. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. Please don’t buy from them. If anyone wants proof I will show you PayPal receipt and the email that shows no delivery. Don’t get scammed by them

I would love to give a 5 star there merchandise is great but I expected more help from them I ordered my wife something from there website being that im horrible at ordering online I guess I order 3 of the same thing I emailed them more then once the same night to see if they can help me i wasn't expecting a refund but maybe some type of credit to get my wife something else or my son or my daughter something as well they said there was nothing that can be done sad because it's my wife's valentine's gift I could have gotten her something else as well if they would have helped me

Never received my order. The phone number for the company has an automated messaging system that instructs you to go online for claims. Then you go online and put in the claim and another automated message provides you the tracking number which you get when the order is sent. Doesn't do any good to have a tracking number that shows your order is lost. How about some actual customer service. That's what I get for ordering online.

This is the crap they send you. The inscription is half the size of the sweatshirt. They then acknowledged it was messed up and sent two more just like it. I refused to allow them to send me this crap again and they don’t refund money so you would have to be stupid to order from them.

The most awful company to deal with. My order never arrived, I was given a huge runaround by " bots " who just copy paste nonsensical answers to your query.I suspect they dont speak or understand English . The second " delivery " also failed. Again an enormous runaround, emails not answered or answers come from " noreply ' email addresses. I suspect this is a scam. I only got a refund after I reported this to my credit card company who took action. I would NEVER use them again.

You can’t go less than a star! BUYER BEWARE! This company is a ripoff! Order items for Christmas never received. Will not refund money. I hope Discover Card Services suspends your account with them! Total fraud. I contacted the BBB and the company failed to respond!

I ordered a blanket to say mum and dad, and it came as mom and mum, and they will not accept the refund. They say its my fault.
