Their blankets are the size of baby blankets! And there is a lack of customer service because there's no phone number! And once you realize you ordered the wrong thing and try to change it within an hour they say they've already put the order in to another company and they cannot give you the money back. And you can ask them to change your order all you want but they refuse and keep giving you excuses. They say the listen to your complaint and view it but they always put it in their favor! Don't use them trust me you'll be screwed! NEVER AGAIN!!! You can't return anything and you can't change anything they won't let you!

Their customer service is...well...missing. I ordered one shirt and received another. Online chat said I had to file a claim. I would have gladly done that except the site kept saying it was re-freshing due to error. I told the chat guy this. He suggested I email customer support. The email he gave was an invalid email. took a screen shot of our chat to show that I was not making a mistake. There is no customer service number to call. The online link continues to not work on another server. I am about to call and have my paypal order refunded because I suspect this is a spam company and not a real company at all.

Ordered 1 shirt received and was billed for 5 of the exact same shirt and now bonphone to reach them. I will get my $ or I will send them back filled with dog crap.

This company is the worst. I ordered a shirt and the quality of the material is horrible. Rough and stuff, uncomfortable. There isn't a CS phone number to call them. They make you go through their process for returns but nothing seems to work. They just keep sending emails to repeat the process over and over again. It's a huge goose chase. I will be disputing the charge $30 dollars for a shirt l wouldn't pay $10 for. Don't buy from this company. Huge disaster.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a tee for my wife. 2 weeks in advance I might add. I did this on a weekend and checked on it Tuesday. I saw that i wasn't going to get it in time, so I requested to cancel the order. Got got cookie cutter answers, and was finally told that cancellations had to be made within 2 hours of ordering. Again, I ordered it online on the weekend. BTW, this is not in writing ANYWHERE on their website. Via the chat function, I asked to see this policy in writing and was summarily "hung up" on. This round-about chat happened no less than 5 times. Other questions included, "Has it been printed?" How long will it take?" to which I got the boiler plate answer of "5-10 business days" and "I cannot confirm that at this time." I made it OVERLY clear that I had no problem with the "made to order" way they do it, but since we have a function planned it just wasn't going to work for me and to please cancel the order. Which sent us back to (basically) "No. Have a great day!" Horrible company, horrible customer service, and I am praying I see another of their ads on social media because this post is going in the comment section every time I do.

I ordered a pillow case for my husband for our anniversary, when it came it had an error in the printing. I contacted customer service, they sent me a new one. The new one also had the same error in the printing. $35 is ALOT of money to pay for something that isn't correct!! I'm very upset about this. I thought they were a reputable company.

I ordered a shirt, paid for it but never got a confirmation, meaning i have no order number. I do however have proof of payment. I can't seem to find customer service to help me. All I want is to make sure my order went through, because my payment sure did.
