This is a follow up review of my Nov 23 review. I contacted the company with their online resolution and submitted pictures and a description of the problem. Received an answer via email that they were replacing. I replied I did not want a replacement and wanted a phone # to speak to someone about returning product and get a refund . They shipped me a new one anyways and never sent me a phone #. Very shady in my opinion when a company will not give customer service by phone or allow refunds for low quality or damaged product. This Throw is a TOTAL RIP OFF. I guess it is true BUYER BEWARE!!! Will never purchase from this company again but I will be contacting consumer advocate group to see if I have any recourse.

Do not order the blanket! So disappointing. It is like a baby blanket in size and like a dog blanket in material. I am embarrassed to give it to my daughter. She will be able to cover her lap with it, and it won’t even be warm. The cost is waaaayyyyyy out of line for the quality of the product. Stay away.

If I could do no star I would. Dont order the blanket. The picture is false advertisement and they wont let u refund or exchange so I'm now out 50$. I ordered it for my sons graduation and I received a baby blanket. I clicked on the biggest size they have. They dont care they are ripping people off. There is no number to contact them. All I get is a email back pretty much saying... Sorry your screwed thanks for your money. I will NEVER order anything from this company EVER!!!

The product has poor quality. The size doesn't match the picture they provide. They also dont let you return the product!!! TOTAL RIPOFF!!! I paid 50.00 dollars for a a throw the size of a small towel. That was supposed to be for my son !!!

I ordered two wolf and cub blankets for my grown daughters at $43 apiece based on ads on facebook. In the ad they look like actual blankets, but they are really baby blankets, way too small for anybody, especially at that price. I am sorry I fell for deceptive advertising.

My mum ordered something for me for Christmas from this company. If I had the choice to leave no star I would. Her order was told it would take 10 working days, she left it 3 weeks and it hadn't arrived and there was no email to say it had been delivered. There is no number to call and there is only an email. She emailed and they replied saying it has been lost... First of all they could have emailed if they we're at all a decent or reliable company but they didn't. Second of all, they replied saying she has to claim! What?!?! They clearly don't care that they were about to literally rob money from my mum. They should be taking action immediately with either offering a refund or Sending another package out. A joke of a company. Period.

They have the worst customer service. No helping in any way to resolve the problem. They even blocked me after I tried to get them to assist in the problem. Don't waste your time or money on their products.

I purchased 2 posters of "To My Amazing Daughter" showing a picture of a lion and her cub. The problem is buying a frame to fit the poster as the words extend to the very end of the poster and even a thin frame will not fit. I've tried a 1/2 wide frame! The only other option we have is to buy a floating frame and hope that works. The posture itself is overpriced even being discounted. To buy a floating frame for it, greatly adds to the expense. I asked if I could get a refund upon returning the posters and DID NOT get an answer back. DON'T BUY THESE POSTERS!!!
