Extremely disappointed with this company. After I placed order I sent several emails to cancel. No response. Finally sent email to customer support saying it was late. Only option they gave to contact them. Finally got response that it was printing and wasn’t eligible for refund. Extremely disappointed with service and there is no number to call to speak with someone. Wish I had read reviews before I wasted my money and time. Do not trust this company or waste your money. You will be highly dissatisfied with there services.

Placed an order on Nov. 22. Said that it would ship out in 5-10 business days. it is now Dec. 17 and they are still processing the order! Not impressed at all! Save your money.

Order number: RL-11231-14260 ' I ordered 3 blankets for my children from Christmas. it was supposed to ship 5-10 days (per above) after my card was charged...Which was on 11/19/19. I asked them a couple times about my order... they responded on 12.12.19 stating they were sorry it was slow and refunded me 30%... nice gesture... right? Well today, 12.17.19 - I get an email that my ordered is cancelled and that I ASKED for it to be cancelled!!! Terrible. I am so sad about this. I will be sure that EVERYONE KNOWS not to order from them. I sent them an email about why they cancelled when I did not Request a cancel! They said they are refunding the rest of my money. I hope that they are. This is terrible!!! I am learning to read reviews of these SCAM companies now BEFORE placing any orders on these fun items that Facebook uses to fill their advertising space!

Beware when you order something from this company, even if it is not a specialized order you will NOT be able to return item. Unfortunately I did not read every single line, I actually wanted to purchase a different item from them, but after trying to deal with customer service I was totally turned off. The item was a tee shirt for my son and I felt he would get better use from a plaque that they had advertised. OH well, won't be order from them again.

I placed an order on 11/24 and have still not received it. I did the online chat-they refused to refund my money and will not give a phone number to speak with them. The BBB link on their website just goes to the BBB website and after searching I cannot find them. In reading reviews I see that what I ordered-a blanket-is a piece of garbage-IF I ever get it. Save your money, save the headache. This company lies, cheats, and steals. Nothing but a negative experience!

I wish I could give them A NEGATIVE 6 stars! I spent over $107. On 2 (SO CALLED) Blankets for my 2 sons. They were the quality of something I could have purchased at a dollar store. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! I WISH I COULD POST A PICTURE OF WHAT I WAS SENT! SHAMEFUL!!!

Bought a gift for my mother in law for Christmas. Money has come out of my account. Confirmation said delivery between 12/2 and 12/9. Tried to track my order and says invalid. Tried to email customer service and no response. Incredibly disappointed as I am not only out almost $62, but was truly looking forward to giving this gift.
