I received a daughter blanket that I paid 53.00 for and it’s as big as a baby blanket it’s faded and the quality is less then bad I have tried to contact the company for over 2 months and all they do is give me the run around or ignore me hoping I will stop sending emails which I will not they did not represent the blanket correctly DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A RIP OFF

What a Joke. Ordered two items and the website said it would ship in 5 to 10 days. At the 10 day mark I had not heard from them so I contacted them and they said I would get it in time for Christmas. It is now the 23rd and still has not shipped yet. Do not count on them honoring their word. Terrible customer service. They ruined what should have been a nice surprise for my wife! just received the last item ordered and it came in on Jan 6th. One positive note is that I ordered the wrong shirt size, contacted them and they sent a new one the correct size no charge. Still does not make up for the ruined xmas gifts for wife though :(

Cool family tree is not so cool. Do not order from them. They give no return info or ccnfirmation emails. Still waiting on an order.with no way to track it.

I ordered two blankets and when they arrived the quality was so very poor that I was embarrassed to give them to my loved ones. I threw them in the trash. You get no invoice, no return information, no phone number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY IF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

Wish I had read reviews before ordering !!! Do not waste your money ! I ordered an item in error . Turned around and ordered correct item . This item got refused at the post office while I was in the hospital . I Have emailed over and over , no response ! No phone number available ! They sure didn’t waste time deducting my checking account for $166.82 ! And I have nothing to show but 2 little “throws” 30”x40” that I don’t want !! Lesson learned- avoid cool family tees .........

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered 2 blankets for my daughters for Christmas on 11/22/19 and as of today 12/19/19 have only received 1 very cheaply made "blanket". I have emailed several times after receiving the first blanket asking to cancel the second blanket that had not shipped and just keep getting responses back saying that their policy does not allow for refunds and the blanket that I did not receive is being reprinted!! What kind of company does not give a money back guarantee? I am absolutely furious right now! The "blanket" I did receive is basically a thin piece of cloth that isn't worth $5.00 let alone $43.00!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I promise you, you will be extremely dissatisfied with the product and even more disgusted with the so called customer service!!

I ordered a blanket for my daughter on 11/23. They took their money from my credit card 11/23, it’s 12/19 and still no blanket???? What kind of company is FB who advertises this scam company??

I received the stuff today and instead of getting something for my son I got a blanket that is not even a blanket that says GRANDSON. WTH I am very disappointed. I have asked for a refund.
